The healthy lifestyle continues

I'm so proud of myself!!!! I have been on a weight loss challenge since January 31st and I have lost more weight in the last 3 weeks than I have in my life!!!! I'm so excited and ready to do more. I also started doing jumping jacks, sit-ups, and jogging. It's beneficial and so worth it. I'm really focussed on loosing this weight and being healthier!!! The first week I lost 2 lbs. the second week I lost 3 lbs. this week I hit a big one, I lost 6 lbs. that is a grand total of 11 lbs!!!! Whoooooooohoooooo! Yes I am overjoyed with this. I can see the difference in what I am doing and I see it in my body!!! I'm starting to gain that confidence back in my body. I'm not forcing my family to do it because I want them to see the big change in me in being and eating he's,thy and then they will join me. I'm not the type of wife that's going to force my family in something that we have not planned for. But I know it will come! 

Well I just wanted to give you my latest information on my weight loss challenge. I will keep you posted on the new confident me!!!!!
